  • Ask for a exchange for the same price that you paid. (or you can choose for other spots covering the price difference between them)
  • Ask for an swap for one of our multiple points.
REQUIMENTS
  • You have purchased a individual spot.
  • Exchanged locations, are only swappable with other locations.
  • Maps are not swappable (because there are so many usable points that you got)
A MUST:
  • Enough evidences of the story that you are telling to us.
  • Photo or Video evidence of what you see.
  • Not being able to access the ‘private property’ is not a sufficient reason for a complet refund.

REMEMBER: All sales are final, we only swap for other locations, not for money.

Please, dont open a dispute with your card manager/bank. Prior of opening any dispute in Visa/Paypal, talk with us.

Disputes in our pay system, make us less reliable, so, if you decide to go that way, any refund will be denied.
